Yes, chiropractic is safe at all stages of pregnancy. We use gentle pregnancy-specific techniques including a belly pillow. We treat back pain, pelvic girdle pain and sciatica during pregnancy.

No. Dry needling targets muscle trigger points using Western anatomy principles. Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine practice based on restoring energy flow. Both use the same needles but differ in approach and intent.

Not usually. You may feel a brief twitch or dull ache at the trigger point. Some post-treatment soreness for up to 48 hours is normal, similar to post-workout soreness.
